What equipment will I need?
For the majority of our programs, this is a good guidline to follow:
Barbell
Rack
Weights
Bench
Plyo Box
Kettlebells or Dumbbells
Machine (Airbike, Rower, or Runner)
Jump Rope
Medicine Ball
For Globo: We assume you have access to a general Globo-Gym.
For On-The-Go: Only a jump rope and a single weight is required.
